CHANGE/CANCEL YOUR ORDER:
- We suggest you call us or use our online chat system as soon as possible to cancel any orders; e-mail is not the fastest way to cancel or change an order. Our toll free number is 1-844-767-2278. Since we want all our customers to get their items as soon as possible, we suggest that you place your order before noon (EST/EDT), it is usually processed the same business day. It is the customer's responsibility to cover shipping costs if errors occur after the package has been shipped.
- Once the order is in preparation by our warehouse, you cannot cancel or modify your order.
- If you purchased products by mistake and they are still unopened, simply request a Return Material Authorization (RMA )from our customer service department and, once the authorization is confirmed, return the products to us for a refund.
- For online orders: if you notice a price drop on a product you purchased on our website within 7 days of your purchase (except for clearance products, limited quantity sales and special coupon events), you can contact us and we will arrange a refund of the difference in store credit. Please note that if the price difference reduces the subtotal below the minimum required for free shipping, a shipping charge will be applied.
- Exceptions; clearance sale products and promo code events.
- Please check the email confirmation of your order. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, the customer is required to immediately notify our customer service department so that the order can be updated and modified accordingly. If the problem is not resolved before the order is processed in our warehouse, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return their order.
- Exceptions: Liquidation products, limited quantity sales and special coupon events.
DELIVERY:
- Please check your order confirmation email. If the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, the customer is responsible for immediately notifying our customer service department to correct it. If the problem is not notified in time and the order is in the process of being processed or shipped, the order must be returned to the sender for return or refund (shipping charges will be applied).
- If a non-defective product(s) is returned and needs to be returned to you, we reserve the right to charge a shipping fee based on the weight and size of the product(s) and then it is not based on our standard fixed price delivery reserved for new orders.
- Any discrepancy between items received and items ordered must be claimed within 15 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service department by email with photos of the items received and the shipping label. Products received in error may be required to be returned.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All items returned without exception require an authorization number (see procedure below).
No credit will be issued for merchandise returned without an authorization number.

Defective products:
If the entire order is returned; you will receive a full refund. If only a portion of your order is returned; you will receive a refund for returned products only.
Non-defective closed products:
Please note that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. The total amount you will receive will be the amount of the products only. *There is also a mandatory restocking fee of 10-30%, depending on the product, on all non-defective products.
Open non-defective products:
If you do not like the product you received, you can return it for a refund minus the restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. *Some products cannot be returned such as OEM products, activity monitors, headphones, etc. For a complete list of products that can be returned, please refer to the warranty table on page.
- All returns, whether defective or not, must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories. Products that are not defective must be returned in the manufacturer's undamaged and sealed packaging and must still be 100% resalable. Any deviation from these conditions will require prior approval by s.o.s cartridges inc.
- We inspect all returned items when they arrive. Photos requested to approve returns are for reference purposes only; we will always inspect these products when they are returned with the information provided and issue a refund/replacement or refuse, depending on their condition at the time of receipt, without depending on the confirmed images.
- When a pre-paid return label is offered by our customer service department, please ensure that you use this label as soon as possible. N.O.S Cartridges Inc. limits the use of these labels to within 14 days of being issued. Returned items that are not returned within the authorized 14 days may be refused and will be returned to you.
- *Some products cannot be returned such as OEM products, activity monitors, headphones, etc. For a complete list of products that can be returned, please refer to the warranty table on this page.
- Our customer service department will guide you with any returns. In some cases, photo proof will be required to be able to complete the return process.
- *Please note that all orders are recorded by our system.
- Returns for pick-up orders must be returned by RSL which has been offered by our customer service department;
- Any discrepancies between items received and items ordered must be claimed within 15 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service department by email with photos of the items received and the shipping label. Products received in error may be required to be returned.
PROMOTIONS / COUPONS / GIFTS:
- All free gifts / promotional products cannot be exchanged or refunded and must be returned if the associated product is returned.
- Due to limited quantities, all free items will be on a first come, first served basis. No substitutions will be offered.
- Cash value coupons have no cash value and must be used in a transaction; the remaining amount will not be carried forward. Cash value coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Users are responsible for the cost of shipping "free gift coupons" if they are not associated with an order with a subtotal of more than $39.
Returns, exchanges and refunds for purchases with free gifts, included or bonus items
- All products (whether defective or not) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with original packaging material, intact warranty cards, manuals, instructions and any other items or accessories provided by the manufacturer. If the purchase includes a free gift, included or bonus items, the gift/items must also be returned for the purchase to qualify for a refund.
- For verification and fraud prevention purposes, returns and exchanges of defective or non-defective products require your name, address and telephone number. A photo (or scan) of identification may be required for further confirmation. Returns with the original invoice will be processed on the original payment method or by store credit.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds for Purchases with In-Store Credits Acquired
All product refunds are subject to a deduction of in-store credits in proportion to the product and/or subtotal of the order. Any in-store credits earned through special promotions or events requiring a minimum subtotal of the order or specific items will be deducted if that minimum requirement is no longer met after any related refund. These in-store credit deductions may result in a negative total of credit rewards.
DESCRIPTIONS OF OUR PRODUCTS:
s.o.s cartridges inc. attempts to be as accurate as possible with its products and pricing and refund information, but s.o.s cartridges inc. cannot guarantee that product descriptions and/or specifications, prices or any other content on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event that our information is incorrect due to typographical, informational, technical or other errors, s.o.s cartridges inc will not be responsible for any loss or discrepancy in accurate data. If a product offered on the website is not as described, or does not meet your expectations, your only recourse is to return the product in accordance with the return policies of s.o.s cartridges inc.
PRODUCT PRICING:
Unless otherwise indicated, the price displayed for products on the S.O.S. Cartridges Inc. website represents the full selling price of the product itself. The price is suggested by the appropriate manufacturer or supplier, estimated in accordance with industry practice, or the estimated retail value of a selected comparable item offered elsewhere. n.o.s cartridges inc. cannot confirm the price of an item before you place an order. Despite the best efforts of s.o.s cartridges inc., a small number of items on the site may be undervalued. If the correct price of an item is higher than the price indicated on our website, s.o.s cartridges inc will, at its discretion, contact you to inform you of the price change before sending the items or cancel your order and notify you of this cancellation.
Abuse of the Credit Rewards Program, including failure to comply with the Program's policies and procedures, the sale or barter of reward certificate(s), credits, benefits, products, points or promotional offers and any misrepresentation regarding the same or other abusive conduct as determined by s.o.s cartouches inc. in its sole discretion, may result in cancellation of the member's account without notice and/or future disqualification from participation in the Program, forfeiture of all accumulated points and/or cancellation of previously issued unused credit rewards.
- s.o.s cartouches inc reserves the right to request valid identification before accepting returns.
- s.o.s cartridges inc reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of certain merchandise at any time for any reason.
- s.o.s cartridges inc. will only accept the return of merchandise purchased at the s.o.s cartridges inc. store.
In the performance of any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Rewards Program, s.o.s cartridges inc. reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorney's fees and court costs. s credit rewards are subject to applicable government regulations and are void or prohibited by law.
- In no event shall s.o.s cartridges inc. be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business or equipment.
- s.o.s cartridges inc. is not responsible for damages due to abuse or negligence. We are responsible only for products that are damaged during delivery or products that come with a manufacturing defect.
- Modifying a product without the authorization of s.o.s cartridges inc. voids the warranty.
